Apple Cider! Yummm
Many summer brides opt for pink lemonade, many winter brides opt for hot cocoa. Fall brides, however, should fall back(no pun intended) on apple cider. It's the perfect blend of summer and winter and it is, quite simply, a comforting drink. I envision a table with two tin wash tubs, one with added ingredients (alcohol) and one without all the extras. Guests can come up to the table at their leisure and use ladles to scoop up a nice hearty drink.
Caramel Apple Buffet Station
Candy buffets are a major draw at weddings. But they seem to be getting a little cliche, so I want to revamp this idea and incorporate it into the fall wedding theme.... with a candy apple buffet! Guests will have the option to eat them on the spot or wrap them up in monogrammed cellophane bags to take home. A few logistical calls will be necessary to determine whether or not the guests can design their own candy apples or if they'll have to be pre-assembled. Here are a few pictures.
